The First CrossFit Affiliate in Asia

Founded in 2008, CrossFit Asia was the first CrossFit affiliate in Asia. What began as a small group of athletes in Okinawa grew, over more than fifteen years, into one of the most respected gyms in the region. Known for years as Reebok CrossFit Asia, the gym built its name on a simple idea: mechanics and consistency before intensity. In 2018 we opened our current home in Chibana, and in every season since, our community has trained together, competed together, and carried Okinawa's name across Asia and beyond.

Japan Championship 2022 | October 8 and 9, 2022 | CrossFit Asia, Okinawa

In October 2022, CrossFit Asia hosted the Japan Championship national finals, held right here at our facility on October 8 and 9. Watch the highlights from that weekend.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time, or power. The more work you do in less time, the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity, we do not change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

Our Fundamentals is a multi-session course plus trial membership that gives you the best foundation available to build your CrossFit lifestyle. Whether you are new to fitness or just want a fresh start, our course offers small group instruction and results you can count on.

¥5,000 · A one time fee to register new members into our facility.

CrossFit Class Monthly Membership

¥17,500 / month · Couples discount ¥31,500 / month. 3 Month ¥45,000. 6 Month ¥89,050. 1 Year ¥170,800. Attend any scheduled CrossFit class, any time during the month.

CrossFit 12 Session Punch Card

¥15,000 (1 month) · ¥17,500 (3 month). A convenient package for the busy athlete who still wants a great workout on their own schedule.

Power Hour Olympic Weightlifting

¥3,500 drop in · ¥3,500 add on to CrossFit Unlimited. A program built to advance technique, strength and consistency, five days a week, three uncoached and two coached sessions.

Strictly Cardio

¥9,000 (12 session) · ¥15,000 (24 session). A functional fitness based body shaping class that is the most fun you will have all day.
